- Colonoscopy – evaluation of the full colon, to detect polyps and prevent cancer
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy – to evaluate the rectum and distal colon
- Upper endoscopy (EGD) – evaluation of the upper GI tract
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) – internal ultrasound during EGD
- ERCP including SpyGlass® – internal evaluation of the bile duct
