Mackenzie Specchio is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who graduated in 2014 from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She continued to enhance her overall Medical knowledge through Excel Education’s Physician Assistant Clerkship working to improve patient quality of stay in an acute care setting prior to beginning her studies as a Physician Assistant. In Spring 2017, Mackenzie received her Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rutgers University. She is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. Mackenzie joined Center for Digestive Diseases in early 2018 where she continues to passionately care for patients in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. In her leisure, she enjoys hiking and traveling with family and friends.
